EXPIRES END 2027

This is the third harvest from the apiary. The bees have been foraging in the local hills around Carlops to produce this distinctive heather honey. Heather honey has a unique texture due to the many small bubbles produced when pressing the honey from the comb.

This is the second harvest from the apiary. The bees have been foraging on the local plants including heather, willowherb, and bramble, in addition to the gardens and hedgerows of Carlops.

Lot LWL23

EXPIRES END 2025

This honey is a lovely multi-floral honey, blended beautifully by the bees. The bees have been foraging on ling and bell heather, willowherb and rubus, in addition to the gardens and hedgerows of Carlops.

This honey is the first ever harvest from the apiary.
